Level 1 Technician
A Level 1 Technician is responsible for maintaining the propercomputing environment and takes care of routine computer technical support. Level 1 techs set up and configure computers, troubleshoot both hardware and software, and will perform some end user training.
LEVEL 2 TECHNICIAN
A Level 2 Technician designs, supports, maintains, and evaluates computer networking and telecommunication systems. They install, configure, and maintain both physical and virtual computer servers. A level 2 technician will also maintain employee networks, email and applications, and perform other related duties as assigned.
The Account Manager caters to the needs of our existing client base and their technical decision makers. The goals of the account manager are to introduce new products and services to valued clients and to grow our business. Account managers extend already-existing relationships with clients and close contracts for new products and services.
